Vegetarian fritters: ready in 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

4 tablespoons of milk

3 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon grated cheese

1 teaspoon of baking powder

salt and pepper

Red and yellow peppers

Zucchini

Onion

oil


METHOD:

1.Cut the vegetables into small pieces and cook them in a frying pan, add salt and pepper.


2.Pour two eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper and mix, Add milk, cheese, flour, baking powder and mix.


3.Add the cooked vegetables and mix again. Fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden.
