mango

INGREDIENTS:

12 cleaned chicken wings

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can of mango slices in syrup, drained

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:

Season wings with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased baking dish.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.

To make the sauce: blend all the ingredients (if necessary, add a little of the mango syrup).

Remove the foil and coat the wings with half of the mango sauce.

Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes more, or until the wings are cooked and golden brown; remove the pan and place the wings on a serving plate.

Mix the cooking juices with the reserved mango salsa and set aside for each diner to garnish their portion.
