Milk breads: soft with a milky taste and a melting texture in the mouth!


INGREDIENTS:

600 g flour

250 ml of hot milk

100 g sugar

50 g vegetable oil

50 g melted butter

1 egg

pinch of salt

8 g dry yeast

30 g butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla


METHOD:

1. Mix the milk, yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, add the flour and add the egg, oil, melted butter, salt and remaining sugar. Form a dough and let it rise to double for 1 hour.

2. Divide the dough into 15 pieces, roll each one and grease the inside with butter, roll again.


3. Put all the rolls on a baking sheet, let rise for 30 minutes.

4. Brush with egg and bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
