Straight-up wholesome and clean, this plate is all about balance: tender grilled chicken breast, hard-boiled eggs, vibrant boiled carrots, golden potatoes, and earthy sweet beets. It’s the ultimate nutrient-dense meal that fuels without the fuss!


INGREDIENTS :

1 small chicken breast (grilled or pan-seared)

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered

1 medium potato, boiled and sliced

1 large carrot, boiled and sliced

½ cup cooked or pickled beets, sliced

Salt, pepper, and optional olive oil drizzle


DIRECTIONS :

Boil the Veggies & Eggs:

Boil the potato and carrot until fork-tender (about 15–20 min).

Boil the eggs for 9–10 minutes, cool, peel, and quarter.

Warm pre-cooked beets or use jarred pickled ones as-is.

Cook the Chicken:

Season chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

Assemble the Plate:

Neatly arrange all components in colorful sections.

Optional: drizzle olive oil over veggies or sprinkle with your fave seasoning.
