Light, clean, and crazy refreshing—this plate is all about crisp greens, juicy fruit, creamy avo, and simple seasoned chicken. Perfect when you want something nourishing without feeling heavy.


INGREDIENTS :

1 grilled or pan-seared chicken breast, sliced

1/2 avocado, sliced

1 cup chopped romaine or butter lettuce

1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

1/4 cucumber, sliced into rounds

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional Simple Dressing:

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice or white balsamic

Pinch of salt


DIRECTIONS :

Cook the chicken:

Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear over medium heat until golden and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes per side). Let rest, then slice.

Prep the salad base:

Add chopped lettuce to a plate or bowl. Scatter sliced strawberries and cucumber evenly throughout.

Add the good stuff:

Fan out avocado slices over the salad. Place sliced chicken neatly to the side.

Finish it clean:

Drizzle lightly with olive oil and lemon juice if using. Finish with a pinch of salt and cracked pepper.
