This plate is giving fitness goals on a plate. Loaded with juicy grilled chicken, crisp veggies, and fresh greens — simple, healthy, and straight-up nourishing.


INGREDIENTS :

For the Chicken:

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper

½ tsp Italian seasoning

For the Veggies:

1 cup broccoli florets

2 carrots, sliced

1 cucumber, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

Lettuce or mixed greens

Optional Dressing:

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of ½ lemon

Salt & cracked black pepper


DIRECTIONS :

Season the chicken:

Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook the chicken:

Grill or pan-sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and juicy. Let rest, then slice into strips.

Steam the veggies:

Steam broccoli and carrots until tender but still vibrant and fresh.

Assemble the salad plate:

Layer lettuce on the plate, then arrange cucumber slices, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, and grilled chicken neatly over the top.

Finish fresh:

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle cracked pepper for that clean fresh flavor.
