1. Sponge chocolate squares without eggs:


Nothing beats a rich dark chocolate cake ready in 25 minutes. It's so easy, try this recipe and you won't regret it:


INGREDIENTS: 

145 gr flour

25 gr cocoa

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

25 gr oil

245 gr almond milk

2 teaspoons vinegar

150 gr sugar

60 gr chocolate

Hazelnut cream to coat the cake


METHOD:

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, separately instead mix the liquid ones. Add everything and mix well, then add the chocolate chips.


Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes. 


2. Lemon squares:



They are the perfect treat for the whole family!


INGREDIENTS:

100g (0.4 cup) Butter

170g (0.8 cup) Sugar

3 eggs

200ml (0.82 cup) Milk

170g (1.3 cups) flour

1 tbsp (12g) Baking powder

A pinch of salt

30g (5 tbsp) Lemon zest

2 tbsp (30ml) Lemon juice

60g (0.8 cup) Coconut flakes

Mint leaves, lemon slices and lemon zest for decoration

The diameter of the mold is 24 cm


METHOD:

Soften the butter and mix with the sugar until a frothy mass is obtained, add the eggs, continue to stir, then gradually pour in the milk. Add flour, baking powder, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice and coconut flakes to the mixture.


Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
