Fried Apple Rolls: a sweet treat to fall in love with!


INGREDIENTS :

400 g (3 ¼ cups) all-purpose flour 

1 teaspoon salt

7 g dry yeast 

5 g (1 teaspoon) baking soda 

30 g (2 tbsp.) sugar 

1 egg

100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon) hot milk 

2 apples, peeled and sliced


METHOD :

1.Whisk together egg, milk, sugar and yeast.

2.Mix flour and yeast and add to liquids. Knead dough until smooth.

3.Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then roll out into a rectangle.


4.Place apple slices and top, roll tightly and cut into pieces.

5.Fry the apple rolls for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Roll in sugar before serving.
