This right here is a flavor bomb in a bowl! Perfectly seared steak slices, garlicky roasted red potatoes, and spicy-sautéed green beans with peppers. It's hearty, balanced, and brings that home-cooked feel with restaurant-level seasoning.
INGREDIENTS :
For the Steak:
6 oz flank or sirloin steak
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp chili flakes
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the Roasted Potatoes:
1 cup red potatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt, pepper, parsley
For the Green Beans:
1 cup green beans
¼ bell pepper (yellow or orange), thinly sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt, chili flakes
DIRECTIONS :
Roast the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss halved red potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roast 25–30 min, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
Sear the Steak:
Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of chili flakes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Sear 3–4 min per side for medium-rare (adjust to your doneness). Let it rest, then slice against the grain.
Sauté the Green Beans:
In a skillet, heat olive oil and add green beans and peppers.
Sauté 5–6 minutes with garlic, salt, and chili flakes until crisp-tender.
Assemble the Bowl:
In a bowl or deep plate, add a portion of roasted potatoes, sautéed green beans with peppers, and sliced steak.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and more chili flakes if you like it hot.
