1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup broccoli florets

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 tsp lemon juice (optional for avocado)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

DIRECTIONS :

Season the shrimp:

Cook the shrimp:

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Sear the shrimp:

Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and slightly golden.

Prep the avocado:

Slice avocado and lightly drizzle with lemon juice to keep it fresh and vibrant.
