INGREDIENTS :
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup broccoli florets
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 tsp lemon juice (optional for avocado)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
DIRECTIONS :
Steam the broccoli:
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and steam broccoli florets for about 3–4 minutes until tender but still bright green. Set aside.
Season the shrimp:
