INGREDIENTS:
400g of flour
4g of salt
70g of sugar
2 eggs
5g dry yeast
30g powdered milk
80ml (of milk 80g of water 20ml heavy cream
60g butter
Sugar coating:
100g of sugar
5g of cinnamon
PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl, pour the milk and water, add the heavy cream, dry yeast, eggs and mix. In another bowl put the sugar, flour, powdered milk and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into it. Mix well and then knead the dough. Add the butter and continue kneading. Leave the dough covered for 1 hour.
2. Divide the dough into balls. Make a rope out of each ball and cover it for 15 minutes.
3. Twist each string to make a braid. In a pan add oil and put the braids.
4. In a bowl add the sugar and cinnamon. Mix and save for later.
5. Fry them, then roll them in a sugar coating. Serve.
