INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract


INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch (23cm) cake pan with butter or cooking spray.

2.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

3.Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold the mixture gently until just combined. Add the melted butter and stir until the batter is smooth.

4.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

5.Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

7.Once the cake has cooled, slice and serve as desired. You can also dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar, or top it with fresh berries and whipped cream.
