Protein Power Bowl with Chicken, Eggs & Steamed Veggies



This bowl is pure fuel. Juicy herbed chicken breast, tender steamed broccoli and cauliflower, sweet carrots, fresh leafy greens, and whole hard-boiled eggs for extra protein. It’s balanced, satisfying, and ideal for clean eating, fat loss, or muscle recovery.

INGREDIENTS :

1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced

2 hard-boiled eggs

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

½ cup sliced carrots

Mixed leafy greens

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, black pepper & dried herbs (oregano or mixed herbs)


DIRECTIONS :

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs; grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Slice into pieces.

Steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until tender but vibrant.

Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes, cool, and peel.

Arrange leafy greens as the base of the bowl.

Add sliced chicken, steamed vegetables, and whole eggs on top.

Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season to taste.

Serve warm or chilled—perfect for meal prep.
