Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry & Fresh Veggie Sticks Plate




Here’s a bold and healthy combo that brings the spice and the crunch! Tender chicken breast strips sautéed with onions and green bell peppers in a lightly spiced seasoning, served next to cool, crisp cucumber and carrot sticks dusted with herbs. Perfect for meal preppers and clean eaters chasing flavor with zero guilt!

INGREDIENTS :

For the Chicken Stir-Fry:

1 chicken breast, cut into strips

½ onion, thinly sliced

½ green bell pepper, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes

¼ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Veggie Sticks:

1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into sticks

1 small cucumber, cut into sticks

1 zucchini (optional), cut into sticks

Dried herbs (like dill or thyme) for garnish

Pinch of salt


DIRECTIONS :

1. Cook the Chicken Stir-Fry:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chicken strips and cook until lightly browned (about 5–7 minutes).

Toss in onions and green bell pepper, and sauté until soft.

Season with paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.

2. Prep the Veggies:

Wash and slice carrots, cucumbers, and zucchini into sticks.

Sprinkle lightly with dried herbs and a pinch of salt.

3. Serve:

Plate the stir-fried chicken on one side and pile the veggie sticks on the other. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite low-cal dip!
