Fresh Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl



This bowl is clean-eating perfection. Juicy grilled chicken breast, creamy avocado slices, crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes, briny black olives, and sharp red onion all come together for a super fresh, high-protein salad bowl. Perfect for meal prep, healthy lunch, or light dinner.


INGREDIENTS :

For the Chicken:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

For the Salad:

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

½ avocado, sliced

½ cucumber, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup black olives, sliced

¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

Simple Dressing:

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt and pepper


DIRECTIONS :

Season the Chicken:

Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Chicken:

Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely browned.

Rest & Slice:

Let the chicken rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice into strips.

Prepare the Veggies:

Chop the lettuce, slice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, slice red onion, and cut avocado into wedges.

Build the Salad Bowl:

Add romaine lettuce as the base. Arrange avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and onion around the bowl.

Add the Chicken:

Place sliced grilled chicken across the top.

Finish & Serve:

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and toss lightly if desired.
